We are a first-of-its-kind "Property Marketplace" that does not need to surf any website or download any app or even signed into any cloud software. We are an AI-powered intelligent chatbot fully available on WhatsApp via a local phone line. Through our WhatsApp-Chatbot, public user can List their Property (For Rent/Sale/Room) and AI will understand its details and location, and then assign the listing to our own area specialist or licensed realtor to follow up, perform rigorous marketing or value-added, site viewing, and eventually completing a property deal (1). Again in the same chatbot, public users can also seek recommended properties, ask any questions regarding local property topics, and also be served by an AI-powered sales agent for the New Launches segment (2). (1) B2C - secondary market, income derived from agent subscription and sales commission derived from completing property rent/sale for the public or landlords. (2) B2B - primary market, income derived from subscription of chatbot assistant for a new launch campaign run by property developers' sales teams.
